The Russell Police Department; or

The local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction you saw them, or

Call 1-800-KS CRIME.

To the best of your ability provide the law enforcement officials with the following information:

• How do you know the child is missing?
• Who is the missing child?
• When and where did you see the child?
• Was the child with anyone, if so, what did they look like?
• What was the child wearing, and if accompanied what were they wearing?
• What kind of vehicle were they in, and what direction was it traveling
