The City of Russell Municipal Golf Course is located in Memorial Park. The Golf Course is a nine hole, bluegrass fairway course with bent grass greens.
In 1999 the City of Russell constructed a new swimming pool on the same site as the former pool. The new pool is a state of the art facility with zero entry area.
